Hi Everyone -
Just as we developed a special agreement for jump rebids in 2/1 Game Forcing Auctions we also have special use of Jump Shifts in 2/1 Game Forcing Auctions. Since we are in a forcing auction, we do not need Jump Shifts to show extra values. Thus, we use these jumps shifts as Splinters -- allowing us to show our support and our shortness in one concise bid.
