Doubles on the 2nd Round of the Bidding
The double is one of the most useful calls in all of bridge. On the first round of the bidding, doubles often have well-defined meanings (with names like takeout, negative, responsive, etc.), but on the second round of the bidding, the double is equally as valuable, but often far less defined. Here we look at different complicated situations and try to understand the meaning of partner's double on the second round of the bidding.
