I’m looking forward to my first major “Millpond Bridge Event” this week (picture to follow, I’m sure) and then the annual Boca Grande season kickoff event to start November. I hope to see many of you in the coming few weeks!
We finish out the final two weeks of October by looking at Slam Bidding. We categorize our slams based on the “hand type” that we hold - Balanced or Unbalanced. This week we focus on balanced hand slams, the thought process used to evaluate a hand for slam, and a discussion of some of our bidding tools in these situations.
