(254) Card Combinations in the Middle of the Hand

Hi All -

This week we turn our focus to some specific card combinations and look more closely at the situations where we choose to lead a new suit after we can see the dummy. When we can see the dummy, it is easier to make a decision about leading a suit than on the opening lead, when we are leading blind. Here we consider when leading a suit is risky and when it is unlikely to cost.

I hope considering some of these combinations helps you be able to visualize the layout in these and other situations at the table.
