Hi All -
This week we turn our focus to a specific competitive auction where having a "gadget" can be very helpful. When the opponents open the bidding with a minor and Responder bids 1NT, we will usually want to compete in the bidding with one or both Majors. Spear is a system for this auction that allows us to show a variety of hand shapes and strengths, focusing on the Majors.
If you have a regular partnership of advanced players this is an excellent addition to your system!
